Laser cleaning does not introduce any substance to the surface. It removes contaminants by vaporization and captures them via HEPA filtration. The cleaned surface contains no cleaning agent residue, making it inherently compatible with food-contact requirements. Your HACCP or SQF auditor can verify this through standard surface testing.

CIP uses caustic and acid cycles that take 2-4 hours including rinse and verification. Laser cleaning is immediate with no rinse required. CIP chemicals corrode stainless steel over thousands of cycles. Laser cleaning causes zero corrosion.
